Refund Policy

Thank you for booking with Royal Tours Mirissa. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best online booking experience possible. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Refund Method:

    Instant Refunds

  • Refund a payment before it's paid out to your bank account (within 2 days), it's processed as an Instant Refund.

  • An Instant Refund immediately gets refunded back to your customer as a Void in real-time.

Refund Processed:

  • If you want to cancel your booking please inform us 7 days before your booking date. You can get 75% of your advanced.

  • When you cancel among (1-7) days before on your booking date you can get only 50% of your advanced.

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.
